Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to the manufacturing team to resolve process-related issues. Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance and production teams, solving complex process equipment issues. Essential Bachelor's degree in electrical, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field. 3- 5 years of experience in mechanical design within a manufacturing environment preferably focusing on process equipment. Strong leadership skills, In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and safety regulations. Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Knowledge of process industry standards and regulations. Experience with automation and robotics in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Experience with process simulation and optimization tools. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills Time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
